Plans forward announced by Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam for MIC

Plans forward announced:-

1. Party constitution re-written for limiting the powers of leaders and democratise the constitution.
2. Rejuvenate the party with young bloods to build a better future for Indians; change of perception among young people.
3. End caste based politics in MIC and all work together without differences.
4. Modernise the party with state of art technology to stay relevant with time.
5. Leadership Training Centre similar to UMNO at Janda Baik to create leaders.
6. Permanent War Room to strategies for elections.
7. Plans to create winnable candidate for the party at all level.
8. One central command cetre or mechanism to integrate all separate Indian govt entities such as SEED,SITF, etc that working independently and on ad hoc basis.
9. B40 special plans to help the bottom at grassroots with special committee to implement and overlook this plans.
10. There will be a Indian Blueprint prepared by MIC for Malaysian Indian to move beyond 2020.
11. No more Team A and B in MIC, all work together as one Team in MIC BN.
